I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and all hotel facilities was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located in a very beautiful valley, surrounded by a small lake and a breathtaking waterfall. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

this hotel didnt have a wifi connection to internet, but when i pointed this out, they call somebody and they set it up! i was impressed, as i just asked whether they have wireless internet and the other day they made it available! great service

nothing in particular, but i would like to mention that Booked.net didnt provide an accurate info about hotel;s location. when we booked this hotel, we expected it to be 12 km away from solden (otztal), just as Booked.net mentioned. however, this hotel is in pitztal, and if the visitors are looking forward to visit soelden, they should be aware it's about 1.5 hours away from it. the closest skiing resort is pitztal.

Only one: When want to have sauna at the time, just remind it to personal in the morning. Every second day they are forgeting to turn it on .)

The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the beautiful location in the valley. The staff were so attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were cozy and had all the basic amenities I needed, including storage space for my equipment. And let me tell you, the breakfast was simply delicious! I loved the attention to detail, especially with the fresh ingredients and variety of options available. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to walking trails and a bus stop for skiing just a stone's throw away. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic sauna with its stunning mountain view.

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The place, surrounded by mountains and a lake; the breakfast was very good; the sauna. The staff was very nice; I was supposed to bring my cat with me (I didn't at the end) and they would not charge me for that.

There was no real bathroom but the wc was in a little room and the rest in an open space in a corner of the bedroom.

The hotel is not a fabulous cathegory. Rooms: old bathroom, rooms small, tv with a few channel, no balcony. Room cleaning: they do not change towels, they do not clean glasses if you drink from any, and they do not clear the rubbish. Breakfast: starts from 7.30 am which is late if you want to go up early to the slopes. For the breakfast they do not serve vegetables or just a few and something is always missing (not enough eggs, not enough juice). The coffee is bad. Spa area: it includes only a sauna and relax room, the panorama is really nice.

Great value for money. the scenery around the hotel is amazing, with a beautiful lake and waterfall nearby. the hotel's location is perfect for skiing, just a short distance from the lifts. the breakfast is lovely and they offer fresh, organic produce. the hotel staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

The room is quite old-fashioned and small, without a balcony. the bathroom needs updating.

The hotel had wonderful activities for children and a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of organic choices.

The size of the bathroom was a bit disappointing and the lack of WiFi in the rooms was inconvenient.
